  3. Pasado el tiempo de coción del arroz notaremos que la leche ha reducido bastante y estará más espesita, es hora de añadir el azúcar. Integraremos por completo.
  4. Añadimos por último y de manera opcional un poquito de mantequilla, yo siempre la añado, he probado a hacerla sin ella y yo noto que aunque está cremoso el arroz con leche, no hay la misma untosidad que obtengo cuando la pongo.
  5. Yo ahora la dejo reposar en el mismo caldero por unos 20-30 min. de esta manera el arroz se enbeberá y no tendremos por un lado la leche y por otro el arroz, que es lo que suele pasarle a mucha gente.
  6. Ya por último lo servimos dónde más nos gusta y a la nevera. Mejor si es de un día para otro. ¡¡A disfrutar!!
