- Cuando la leche este infusionada añadiremos el arroz basmati y el azúcar. Lo cocinaremos durante 25 minutos a fuego medio-alto removiéndolo constantemente de manera suave, así sacaremos el almidón que contiene el arroz y el postre nos quedara super cremoso.
- Pasados los 25 minutos de cocinado pondremos el arroz con leche en una bandeja amplia y añadiremos la mantequilla, intregaremos bien y lo llevaremos a enfriar a la nevera durante 1 hora.
- Mientras el arroz se nos enfria vamos a cortar en dados pequeños las almendras y los orejones en juliana, ponemos todos juntos en un recipiente y le añadimos el licor de anís, por otro lado calentamos la miel en el microondas durante 30 segundos, añadimos un poco de canela molida y mezclamos bien, juntamos ambos recipientes y dejamos reposar 15 minutos.
- Cuando el arroz este frío lo servimos, espolvoreamos con azúcar moreno por encima y lo caramelizamos con un soplete, encima de esa costra pondremos las almendras y los orejones escurridos, se pueden añadir con un poco del caldo también, a disfrutar!
