- 420 ml. leche (en mi caso desnatada, sin lactosa)
- 630 ml. agua
- 180 gr. arroz crudo

- La cáscara de 1/2 limón
- 25 gr. mantequilla
- 3 yemas de huevo (56 gr.)
- 210 ml. leche (en mi caso desnatada, sin lactosa) para incorporar al final de la cocción

- Preparamos todos los ingredientes
- En una cacerola ponemos el agua, el arroz crudo, la canela en rama, las cáscaras de limón y la mantequilla. Poner en fuego alto y mezclar. En cuanto empiece a hervir, contamos 5’ y apagamos el fuego
- Quitar del fuego, poner una tapadera encima y dejar que se enfríe por completo a temperatura ambiente
- Una vez frío retiramos las cáscaras de limón y la canela, mezclar muy bien el arroz. Añadir 420 ml leche, mezclar bien y poner en el fuego (fuego medio) vamos a dejar que siga cociendo mientras preparamos las yemas.
- En un bol ponemos 135 gr. de sucrafor (lo pueden poner tal cual lo venden, granulado o en glas, en mi caso pongo sucrafor en un molinillo y haga el glas, se van a mezclar muchísimo mejor las yemas. En esta ocasión lo voy a mezclar con granulado para aquellas personas que no dispongan de molinillo) y las yemas ligeramente batidas, mezclar bien
- Añadir 210 ml de leche e incorporar todo muy bien. Vamos a añadir esta mezcla a la cacerola del arroz, mezclar.
- Cuando empiece a hervir, contamos cinco minutos y nuestro arroz con leche está terminado (mezclar constantemente durante estos 5’)
- Poner en una fuente, espolvorear canela en polvo
- Poner sobre blondas de decoración
