  8. Añadimos la canela molida. Como sugerencia, tanto la corteza del limón como la canela en rama yo la dejo como decoración y porque potencia el sabor.
  9. Guardamos en la nevera tapado con film.
  10. NOTA: Con estos pasos queda rico pero poco dulzón para los golosetes. Para darle un toque más dulce podemos echar una pizca (un toque muy suave al bote) de canela molida mientras cuece o aumentar la cantidad de azúcar moreno a un vaso entero de café (150 gramos aproximadamente).
