- Ya que los huazontles están escurridos, los pasamos a un recipiente grande, agregamos sal, queso y huevos previamente batidos, el número de huevo va a ser dependiendo de la cantidad de huazontles. Uno debe ir viendo como va quedando la mezcla. Agregar unas 3 O 4 cdas. de harina y mezclar.
- Calentar un sartén de teflón e ir agregando la mezcla haciendo tortitas. Hasta terminar la mezcla.
