- La Soya se hidrata, y tambien se le ponen los mismos saborizantes que a las setas.Se agregan al maiz.
- Cuando el maiz ha quedado bien saborizado y cocido, se le añaden las setas y la soya,cuidando que ya no hierva mas de 5 minutos,pára evitar que se le pierda el sabor a la seta y soya.
- La lechuga, se lava y desinfecta, se corta en hilos delgados,. La cebolla y los rabanos en cuadros chicos, limones cortados a la mitad. si puede acompañelos con tostadas.
