  5. Ya hervidos deje que enfríen un poco y los pasa a la licuadora con muy poco del agua de la cocción y agrega los clavos y las pimientas.
  6. También agrega las 2 pizcas de tomillo y las 2 de orégano, de la mitad de cebolla que tenemos le cortamos la mitad y lo agregamos aquí a la licuadora y licuamos muy bien y reservamos.
  7. Con la carne casi cocida agregamos la zanahoria, y dejamos que reduzca casi el jugo de la carne,

    agregamos los nopales también y dejamos unos 5 minutos más y mezclamos constantemente.
  8. Agregamos la cebolla y volvemos a mezclar durante otros 5 a 7 minutos más sin dejar de mezclar,
  9. Ya es tiempo de agregar lo de la licuadora, mezclamos y meteremos ya la calabaza,

    Mezclar y dejar por 5 a 7 minutos más y listo, checar sal en este punto,
