- Pasados los 45 minutos saca la la carne ponemos en un plato aparte sin caldo (reserva el caldo de la carne)
- En una olla coloca los nopales, las cáscaras del tomate (previamente lavadas) y una cucharada sopera de sal y dejemos hervir hasta que hayan cambiado de color, una vez que ya cambiaron de color colócalo se un colocador y retira las cáscaras de tomate
- En una olla coloca los tomates y chiles (previamente lavados) y deja al fuego de 15-20 minutos, una vez cocidos escúrrelos en un colador
- Coloca en la licuadora los tomates ya escurridos, 2 tazas del caldo de la carne (con el ajo), el 1/4 de cebolla y una pizca de sal, muele hasta tener una salsa tersa, y reserva
- En una cacerola coloca aceite, y deja que se caliente
- Una vez caliente el aceite agrega la carne y dorala a tu gusto
- Una vez dorada la carne añade la salsa y deja al fuego (medio alto) por 10 minutos
- Pasados los 10 minutos agrega los nopales y otra taza del caldo de la carne (dependiendo si tú salsa está muy espesa si agregala y deja hervir por 10 minuto más (rectifica sazón), en caso de que ya no tengas caldo de la carne agrega agua pero solo si es necesario
- Pasados los últimos 10 minutos está listo para servirse! Puedes acompañarlo con frijolitos de la olla o refritos
