- Freír 300 g de cebolla con el tomate.
- Después de 5 minutos se agrega el pollo desebrado.
- Cuando todo ya esté debidamente mezclado se agrega el la papa, la zanahoria, el guajillo licuado y sazonar con 10 gramos de sal. Se deja cocer por 10 minutos.
- Para la masa. Hervir el Maíz con la cal.
- Moler el maíz (a mano o en molino).
- Mezclar la masa, la manteca, 500 ml del caldo y 5 gramos de sal.
- Para hacer el tamalito.
En cada totomosle poner 50 g de masa y esparcirlo por el totomosle. Luego colocar 25 g de pollo. - Poner los tamales en una vaporera con 1 litro de agua y dejar cocer por 1 hora.
