- Poner agua a hervir. Para cocinar la carne lo envuelves en hojas de plátano y las amarras. El agua debe llegar a cubrir 3/4 de la carne. Cocinar a fuego lento por aproximadamente 3 horas. Se apaga y se deja reposar 30 min.
- Se parte y se agrega cebolla en corte juliana caramelizada y listo !
